ORDER & PAYMENT

How do I make payment?
Please email us your confirmation form details. You can either pay via online banking or cash deposit payment at any Maybank, CIMB or Public Bank (Malaysia) branch.

Can I order via sms?/Can I inform u via sms that I have already made payment?/ Can u please inform me via sms once you have sent out my parcel?/Can u please reply me via sms?/Can u please sms me the bank details?
Any SMS and phone calls will not be entertained. We only respond via EMAIL for all our correspondances (to avoid miscommunication and misunderstandings.)

Are my items considered confirmed once I have submitted the order form?
At OL Closet, all our items are mostly exclusive and limited in quantity. Therefore, we practice a “FIRST PAY FIRST SERVE” basis whereby priority is given to those who have made their payments first.  Strictly no reservations allowed. Eventhough you have submitted the order form, payment has to be made asap in order to secure the item! The reason for this is that we wish to give a fair chance for all to own our pretty dresses! Having said that, we will try our best to to restock our items as frequently as possible in order to fulfill your needs!

Why is my item sold off eventhough I have submitted the order form?
We apologise if you encounter this. Please understand that if there is another buyer who is able to make payment on that particular item first, the item will be sold to that buyer. Reservations are only allowed if full payment has been made.


POSTAGE

How do you charge on postage?
For more info on charges on postage please visit our Postage page. We understand that shipping is an extra cost for online shoppers so we are providing FREE POSTAGE to anyone who buys 2 items and above and makes payment on the same day of their order!

When will my purchases arrive?
For Pos Laju, your parcel will usually arrive in 1-2 working days. For registered post, your parcel will should arrive within 3-5 working days for Peninsular Malaysia, and 5-7 working days for East Malaysia.

My items have not arrived. What should I do?
If your items are late, please call 1300-300-300 to check on your order with your tracking number. Otherwise, you can check on the status of your parcel at ‘Pos Malaysia Track & Trace’. All Pos Laju and registered mail parcels will require a signature upon you receiving your parcel. If no one is around, a notice will be left at your letter box to inform you that your parcel is ready to be collected at your nearest post office.

Do you provide self-collection?
If you are from Kuala Lumpur, we do provide self-collection with a flat rate of RM6. Kindly refer to the table below for the sessions for self-collection. We also offer self-collection with FREE-OF-CHARGE to anyone who buys 2 items and above and makes payment on the same day of their order!

REFUNDS

I bought the wrong item/colour/size/pattern! Can I refund or exchange?
OL Closet operates based on a high level of trust between us and our customers. All purchased items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We do not accept returns due to the reason that the items do not fit as the measurements are given on our website. Please ensure that you have entered the right item code & information into the Order Form before submitting your order. Also, you should double-check your size based on our measurements given or at our ‘Size Guide’.

I have received a wrong or defected item. Can I request for a refund or exchange?
Each piece of clothing is thoroughly inspected before dispatch. In rare occasions where we may have overlooked a fault or mark, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to help you. However, refunds and exchanges are only valid within 3 days from the day you receive your parcel. Do take note that all returns are inspected upon receipt. Items must not have been worn, washed, altered and must have all originals tags attached and in the original packaging. Items with fragrances, snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damage will not be entitled for a refund or exchange. All returns will be charged a RM5 handling fee.  We will however reimburse the normal postage charge for all defective/wrong items sent to our customers. Strictly no cash refunds and all returns must be shipped back to OL Closet. Do email us for our address!

Do not in any circumstances try to create your own defects (all items are inspected thoroughly upon arrival) as any refunds or exchanges of items will not be allowed and future purchases will not be entertained. Your co-operation is much appreciated.

Any discounts for me?
All prices stated in our blogshop are FIXED and NON-NEGOTIABLE as all our items are sold at a reasonable price and are top-notch quality. We do not provide further discounts as we believe in treating all our customers fairly and equally. Kindly note that we do not markup the price of our items for the purpose of giving you a 'fake' discount later.

I’m not sure about my size. How do I check if the item suits me?
For more info on sizes, please visit our Size Guide. Normally, all the measurements for our items are measured laid flat and each measurement is stated on each item picture. To clear any doubts which you may have, please do not hesitate to email us.

Can I see or try your clothes before I confirm my purchase?
Please understand that this is an online store, so no trying on of clothes is available.
